This townhome has 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 3 bathrooms. Situated in the convenient yet quiet Main Street area, this vacation retreat is still wonderfully close to downtown and to the Harbor. Are you coming down to watch the rocket launch? Or do you just enjoy watching the famous Chincoteague sunsets? This house might just be perfect for you! 

When you pull up into the spacious carport, you’ll see that Chincoteague is calling with this bright and inviting waterfront setting. Make your way upstairs to the Middle Level when you’re ready to rest up for another day of exploring Chincoteague and having some fun in the surf, sand, and sun. Enjoy the spacious living area that has a large sectional and flat screen TV. This is ideal for a movie night or just simply catching up on your favorite shows on a rainy day. Make your way into the dining area and kitchen where you can whip up something delicious in the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with a front row view of the water. You can enjoy your feasts at the dining room table or you can make your way to the screened in porch that has seating for everyone!  When you’re ready to take in those amazing views of the water again, step out onto the balcony where you can take in the stillness of the channel. This floor also has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (a full on the bottom and a twin on the top) and it has access to the Full Hallway Bathroom. 

On the top level, you can enjoy the life of luxury in the King Bedroom, which boasts its own full bathroom. This bedroom also has its own private balcony. This is where you can watch sunsets, rocket launches, etc. from the highest peak. This floor also has a hallway bathroom and another large bedroom that has a full size bed. Be sure to toss those sandy bathing suits into the Washer and Dryer on this story to make sure that everyone is ready to get back out onto the beach the next day! 

You find all the space you need to enjoy time as a family in this house. Watch the sunset over the water in the evening or simply relax with the sound of boats going by, while sipping your morning coffee on one of the balconies! Whether you choose to explore the many amazing sights of Chincoteague or stay at home and go crabbing on your dock, your stay at “The Launch Pad”  will bring you back year after year for an unforgettable Chincoteague vacation experience.
