GENERAL INFORMATION
All of our accommodations are fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. These include:
Dishes
Tableware
Pots and Pans
Blankets and Pillows
Coffee Maker
You need to bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, paper products, and soaps.
Vacation Cottages is not responsible for wi-fi setup, troubleshooting or outages in any home offering internet or wi-fi access.
PAYMENT
50% is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is required 30 days before arrival
Personal checks are accepted for mailed payments 30 days prior to check-in. (If a check is returned, there will be a $50.00 returned check fee.)
Security Deposit of $500.00 is required. Security Deposits are held
Some of our rentals are pet-friendly. (see below)

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. We have to adhere to this time since all properties have to be inspected after every rental. If you cannot make it to our office before 5:00 pm please give us a call so we can make arrangements to leave the keys.
Final Payment: your final payment, which includes the remainder rent, tax, security deposit and inspection fee must be paid prior to 30 days in advance of the reservation by personal check, money order, cashier’s check or credit card. Any balance not paid within 30 days of the reservation must be paid in money order, cashier’s check or traveler’s checks and payment must be received prior to your arrival. Keys will not be posted unless your final payment has been received and all paperwork is signed and returned.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Check-out is at 10:00 am with no exceptions.
Have all trash removed, bagged, and placed in outdoor receptacles, wash all dishes and pots and put them into cabinets.
Please leave the property in order so it can be prepared for the next vacationers. This includes light vacuuming and dusting.
Please check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the unit. We cannot be responsible for items left or their return.
Bring all keys back to check-in office and report any damages. Lost key fee is $25.00
RENTAL ITEMS
Linens are available to rent from our office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if the unit is rented for the same time period. When we receive the deposit on the unit, then you will be refunded your reservation deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.
PET POLICY
We do have pet friendly houses and welcome your pet as part of your vacation family. A non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 plus tax for one pet / $150.00 plus tax for 2 pets is required. It is expected that you will care for your pets by ensuring that all waste is picked up and that furniture, rugs, floors are clean during your visit and upon your departure.
