This rental also has a spectacular view of the lighthouse. You can also see a remarkable variety of birds along the Channel. With multiple decks and 3 shared docks,  relaxing and enjoying the serene landscape that Chincoteauge has to offer will be easy. 

On the Ground Level, you will find a covered carport with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventures at the beach. As you walk up to the main level, you’ll be immediately greeted with lots of natural light and a view of the Assateague Channel that will take your breath away! In the living room area, unwind and recline in the comfortable furniture and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the Smart TV. A sliding glass door takes you out to the mid-level balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and breathe in the salty air. Watch as the sky changes colors in the morning from the beautiful sunrise. Step right on through to the open-concept kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious feast to enjoy. You can find seating at the kitchen island or in the dining area nearby. The dining table with seating for 4 is the perfect place to enjoy your gourmet masterpiece or pull out your favorite board game for a fun rainy-day activity. There is also another balcony towards the front of the house, where you can relax, sit, and enjoy the breeze. This floor also has a half bathroom. 

As you head upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with Smart TV and its own private balcony. Pull those curtains back, open those sliding glass doors, and enjoy the cool breeze from the Assateague Channel. Step outside and enjoy the stillness and serenity that the channel has to offer. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom! Through the hallway there is an easily accessible Washer and Dryer for your mid-week washes and fluffing up those towels for another day at the beach! Heading into the second bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a smart TV, and another attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo!
