This house is secluded, yet close enough to still enjoy the acclaimed Chincoteague sunsets that overlook the channel, and it is just walking distance to the Chincoteague Carnival during summer months. As you walk through the front door, you will find a pleasurable sitting area to enjoy the sunshine while sipping your morning coffee. The living room hosts a comfortable entertaining setting with a large flat screen TV and two separate couches. There is a nice dining table to enjoy your meals or even some games with friends and family. Next to that, you will find a well-equipped kitchen that includes everything you will need to prepare your meals from home, including things such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, and a refrigerator/freezer. Immersed just outside the back door, is the luxury of privacy and quietness. After a long day at the beach, you can enjoy this beautiful back deck that overlooks this grand, fenced in backyard. The deck also includes a nice grill and a private outside shower. Also, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed, another with a king-sized bed, and a full-sized bathroom. Up the stairs will lead you to a large room that includes two double sized beds and a twin sized bed where everyone can enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. The upstairs also offers a nice working area and desk. This charismatic home is everything you need for a quiet getaway. 

This house also includes central air and heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 4 TVS, DVD player, WIFI, grill, and an outdoor grill. No smoking. Not pet friendly. Accommodates 10 guests.
