This home is just a few minutes from the Chincoteague Veteran’s Memorial Park, where you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, or relaxing on the community pier. This park has a public boat ramp, tennis courts, basketball courts, a ball field, a large playground, and a beautiful pavilion to enjoy a family picnic. Let your dream vacation start here!

As you enter the home, you’ll first notice the decor – classy, clean, modern designs with a subtle coastal touch. The first floor has an open concept that is perfect for gathering your family and friends. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the island. Log into netflix and enjoy the comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa for those movie nights in! Off of the living room is a back patio. There is a table and chairs- a great spot to sip on your morning coffee and enjoy the cool breeze! Take advantage of the brand new Char Broil gas grill! The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you’ll need for cooking your yummy seafood cuisines. Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel appliances, are just a few of the things this kitchen includes. The kitchen also offers an elongated breakfast bar with seating for 2 and a dining area. This floor also offers a half bathroom. 

Heading up the stairs, the first bedroom includes two twin beds that have vibrant colored bedding. Through the hallway is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Heading into the primary bedroom, there is a queen sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful countertop and a stand up shower.
