It is located just walking distance to Maddox Boulevard.  Enjoy a beautiful dock that is perfect for crabbing! If you’re an early riser, this dock will give you front row seats to an incredible sunrise! Now, imagine sinking down in your lounge chair on your deck, after a busy day at the beach, and watching your kids crab from the dock. The sun will be setting, and the sky will be changing colors. All that is left on your agenda is to enjoy the serenity of the creek. It is moments like these when we realize how lucky we are to be on Chincoteague Island. 

On the first level, come on inside and relax on the cozy furniture while you watch your favorite movies on the Flat Screen TV. The view from the living room is absolutely incredible. Open those glass doors and enjoy the salty sweet breeze. Make your way into the kitchen that has beautiful wooden cabinets and open counter space. Enjoy your delicious seafood spectacular in the dining area with seating for 6. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.

 Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom that has a queen-sized bed and its own private full-sized bathroom. Down the hallway you will find another full-sized bathroom and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. Pass by the conveniently located Laundry area so you don’t have to worry about wet clothes sitting around and it’s easy to wash out the sand and get ready for another day at the beach.
